We had a double room with a mini-refrigerator, an iron, and a safe box. the breakfast was nice and hot, there was a good choice of food to choose from. - the staff was competent, provided an easy check-in and an easy check-out.

We stayed for 2 nights and truly enjoyed the room, which was great modern with tea and coffee. This was an absolutely perfect and incredible location close to buses and transport links to London.

Upgraded nice basic property with amazingly nice and exceptionally accommodating staff at the reception desk. New-fashioned, compact rooms provided with baths, the external fans, the sofa bed made in to a bed.

I was here for 2 days and would stay here again. It was a first-rate place, had exceptionally attentive and caring staff who in my opinion excelled in all aspects of customer service. The location just next door to Hyde park, and train station was perfect and fantastic, I greatly enjoyed it. Went to Meat Liquor for drink or two, set just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel...

It's very quiet in the hotel. At the top you have a very good view.

The room is a little small for three people but for a few days it is enough.

Great connection to the train. Breakfast was really excellent for 3 stars. Staff very friendly. Rooms clean and modern.

Very nice and helpful staff. Good location near the railway station. If the normal train connection is too expensive, you can alternatively take the TRAM to Wimbledon station and then change to the METRO. Takes longer, but saves. The Oystercard can be purchased at the East Croydon Station and used immediately.

At breakfast I would have expected some more cheese and fresh sausage. . The choice of bread was very limited.

The hotel is conveniently located near East Croydon Train Station, allowing easy access to London. There are also several restaurants in close proximity, providing guests with various dining options. the bedrooms are comfortable and well-equipped, ensuring a pleasant stay. the reception staff is helpful and accommodating, providing excellent service. the bathroom is compact but functional, with a lovely shower and high-quality toiletries. it is a great stopover or business hotel.

Some guests have reported experiencing issues with the parking arrangements.

Nice hotel and location suited us. Breakfast was no problem at all during our stay. The rooms were a bit on the small size but this is a hotel not a house. You must remember to ask hotel staff for your discount parking token when you use the multi storey car park across the road as this gives you a %50 reduction on the charges.

We thought the situation was well outside London. Thanks to a 5-minute walk to the train station and from there less than 15 minutes to London Bridge, it is a fallacy.
